During my own pregnancy, although it was a special time in my life, I didn’t feel proud of my body. I regret that now when I see the pregnant women I photograph. You may be a little shy when you arrive at the studio or our agreed location, but as soon as we start the session, photographing your bump and talking about the baby that’s coming, everything changes. You’ll stand tall and show off your body proudly. What you’re doing is amazing and I love that I can be part of your journey into motherhood, maybe for the first time. It’s such a pleasure to work with expectant mums, and I’m always delighted if you return for a newborn photo shoot, and maybe even the first and second birthdays of your child.
